From one deadline to a business that runs itself a little more each month

A Jersey private clinic wanted its technology brought properly up to date, and it had a date to hit. What the owners wanted first was someone in their corner: a person who could hold the technical detail, ask the specialists the right questions, and give the answers back in plain English.
So that is what I did. I worked alongside their IT provider so the two ends met in the middle, made sure the clinical software came through the change intact, and saw the networking and security upgrades through: new routers, switches and access points. The date was met.
Then it kept going. I rebuilt their website on modern, secure foundations, wired an online shop into the system the practice already runs on, set up and now run their Google Ads, and made the repeating admin behind the scenes happen by itself. I am also the person they talk to before they sign anything technical.
Months on, I am still their outside tech person. It started as one job with a deadline. It became how the business runs.
