AI your team
will actually use.
Built around whatever your team needs. In your office or remote, an hour or a full day. Everyone leaves using AI properly and safely, and knowing when not to.

- Late morningYour real jobs, hands onEveryone brings a task they do every week.

Your format. Your topics.
No fixed course. Tell me what you want help with and I’ll shape it around that.
One-hour sessions
Focused and easy to fit in. Run one, or a series over a few weeks.
Half or full day
The whole team, hands on, working through their real jobs.
In person or remote
In your office, or over Teams, Zoom or Meet. Same hands-on approach.
One specific thing
Just Copilot in Outlook? Just safe use? Just prompts for proposals? Fine.
Sound like your team?
“Everyone says we should use AI. For what, exactly?”
You leave with specific jobs it helps with in your business, and the ones it doesn’t.
“Half the team already uses ChatGPT. Nobody knows what goes in it.”
Clear, simple rules on what’s safe to share, and a policy you can actually enforce.
“We tried it once. The answers were rubbish.”
How to ask properly, check the output, and get a far better draft far faster.
Hands on, from the first minute.
Pick all of it or just one. No slides full of hype. Your team works on their own jobs, with me alongside.
What AI is good at
Reading messy things and making them structured. Drafting. Summarising.
Where it goes wrong
Made-up facts, confident nonsense, and how to catch them.
Asking it properly
Prompts that work, built around your team’s own tasks.
Your real work
Emails, reports, notes, documents. Done live, together.
Simple automations
Small time-savers your team can set up and run themselves.
Safe use and data
What can and can’t go in, under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
Everyday jobs, done in minutes.
Real tasks your team does every week, practised in the session in Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.

Afterwards
A written playbook to keep. Questions stay free, permanently.
Not just a good day. Things you keep.
A written playbook
How your team uses AI, step by step, for your own jobs.
Ready-made prompts
For the tasks you do every week, tested in the session.
A simple AI policy
What’s allowed, what isn’t, in plain English.
A confident team
Using it properly, checking it properly, and saving real hours.
No hype. No hard sell.
Worth knowing before you book.
A hype talk
AI is narrower and duller than the marketing says. You’ll hear the honest version.
A software pitch
I don’t resell tools or take commission. You use what you already have where possible.
A certificate course
It’s practical, not a qualification. The point is hours saved.
Legal advice
I cover safe use and data basics. Final policy sign-off stays with you.
The things people ask about AI training.
Rather I just build it for you? See AI & automation.
How big does my team need to be?
There’s no minimum. It works for a two-person business or a full office. It’s shaped around whoever is in the room, or on the call.
Do we need any technical knowledge?
None. If your team can write an email, they can do this. It’s pitched in plain English from the start.
Which AI tools do you cover?
The main ones: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Google Gemini. Usually whichever you already pay for. No new subscriptions unless they’re genuinely worth it.
Can it be remote?
Yes. Sessions run just as well over Teams, Zoom or Meet, and suit teams split across sites or working from home.
Is it safe to put our information into AI?
Some of it, set up properly. Training covers exactly what’s safe to share, how to configure accounts so your material isn’t used for training, and the Jersey data protection rules that apply.
How much does AI training cost?
It depends on the format, the size of the team and how much tailoring is needed. You get a fixed quote before anything is booked, and the first conversation is free.
What happens after the training?
You keep the playbook, prompts and policy. Questions stay free, permanently. And if you find jobs that are better built than done by hand, I can do that too.
